| Mr. Greco's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, specifically: personal injury and wrongful death cases (including motorcycle, automobile and industrial accidents); medical malpractice cases (including birth trauma); insurance cases (including bad faith and other violations of the Texas Insurance Code); Deceptive Trade Practices Act "DTPA" cases; construction law cases (including Residential Construction Liability Act "RCLA," Residential Construction Commission Act "RCCA" and Mechanic's & Materialman's Lien issues). Mr. Greco was Lead Counsel for the plaintiff in one of the largest medical malpractice case settlements in the State of Texas in 2002.*
