Mr. Brissee practices primarily in the area of real estate law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosures and Litigation, with an emphasis in mortgage lending. Mr. Brissee also has substantial experience in the area of creditor's rights. His practice includes transactional as well as trial and appellate work.
Admitted to bar, 1986, Texas; also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Preparatory education: Texas Lutheran College (B.A. 1980); Legal education: University of Houston (J.D., 1986).
