| Mr. Williams devotes the majority of his time to his positions as President of Texas American Title Company of Houston and Chief Executive Officer of Texas American Title Company of Austin, rather than to the day to day practice of law. Mr. Williams is also chairman of the Board of American Title Company of Houston, and its subsidiaries, Southland Title of Fort Bend, Inc. and South-Land Title Co., Inc. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Preferred Bank, fsb, and Chairman of the Board of Title Resources Guaranty Company. Additionally, Mr. Williams serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Houston, and on the Executive Committee of Title Data, Inc. Member: Houston Bar Association; State Bar of Texas.
