Mr. Bedwell practices in civil litigation, including
personal injury, private deed restriction enforcement, commercial,
collections, and real property matters. Mr. Bedwell’s practice
also includes: preparing residential real estate transaction documents,
representing homebuyers before and during their closing, preparing
non-social security disability appeals, and assisting small businesses
in setting up for success.
Admitted to the Texas Bar, 2004; University of Texas School of
